Teaching What Is Good Link-up #189

In the spirit of family holiday time and preparation for company, I’m keeping this link-up live for another week. Come join the fun!

Winter has hit! December is here and I’m super excited to see snow and feel the blustery cold or a prairie winter (even though it isn’t official until the 21st). It’s been in the low 30s here and I still haven’t gotten out my winter coat (I’ve been getting by with a sweater and a fashion scarf), but I think it is time. We’ll be dipping down into the 20s for high temps in the next couple of days, so I had better bite the bullet and get our my winter togs.

Did I ever tell you that I really just wear a cape for the winter? (I know, in The Incredibles, Edna said, “No capes,” but I’m a rebel!) Here’s a favorite picture of me from last winter with my darling husband. We’ll be celebrating 32 years of marriage in 9 days and I’m more in love and more loved than I was when we first wed!

winter love coming anniversary

I pray that your holiday season is going well and that your family focus on Jesus for the Christmas season is bringing blessing and joy!
