Well, my January Challenge for THM has come to an end. I had success and I had failure. I lost weight, but not all I had hoped (I ended up .4 pounds from my goal – for me a HUGE success). I was not nearly as faithful as I should/could have been with exercising. But I learned a lot more about following the THM plan. I’ve experimented with meals and gotten some fun recipes under my belt. All in all it has been a very good month!
But does it stop here?
There is a 100 day challenge that began yesterday. But I am not participating. Partly because I have some things at home that need my attention and partly because I am gearing up for my birthday!
I would like this birthday to be the healthiest I’ve had in years! And to do this I need to get my bones off the floor (so to speak) and moving! T-Tapp will be starting a 60 Day Challenge later in Feb that I would like to unofficially follow. This will be a great push to get exercising.
