A step backwards toward health.
Well, I pulled my back out this past week and it sort of set me back on my health focus. I’ve been unable to get any exercising in and it has limited my cooking/shopping abilities. But I’m feeling a little better so at least I’ll be able to get back to some semblance of my goals.
In the meantime, it’s vacation week for my younger boys so we have some MAJOR household deep cleaning to do. I’ve been working (until the back problem) on several 15 minute segments of weeding in our jungle of a front yard and gotten quite a bit done. My husband has started to help out with that, so the boys will be sent to do some serious decluttering in their room. I think we still have toys from when they were very little that they can’t seem to let go of!

Some suppers I’ll eat what the family eats, but I’ll always have grilled chicken and broiled fish as an option when they have pasta.
