Purchase my e-book
“Cut It Out! How I Feed My Family of 10 for $500 a Month Without Coupons“.
Now that my back is getting better, I’m hoping to be able to do more actual ‘from scratch’ cooking. So this week’s menus will have a bit less easy purchase meals on it.
Also, this week is Halloween which means our Family Halloween Outreach (if you haven’t read what our family does, check it out…you might find it encouraging and fun to try). So I have baking to do to serve the parents of our 175+ children who show up each year!
As always, breakfasts have fruit, lunches have raw veggies and suppers have cooked vegetable or salad. Download my Menu Planner Page for free.
