Menu Planning Monday

Cut It Out! How I Feed My Family of 10 for $500 a Month Without Coupons“.

We are back to school this week. I think I need to add some vitamins to my morning routine. I have been struggling with exhaustion so much and this week off barely hit the spot with the extra naps and sleeping in. I ran out of vitamins and have been hoping I could last until payday. Nah…I don’t think so.

Anyway, next week we have the New Life Drama Team here for the week…and my daughter Bethany will be with them. HOORAY!!! We haven’t seen her since Christmas. So, my planning this week will hopefully help to feed 6 extra mouths for all of next week.

Breakfasts have fruit, lunches have raw veggies and suppers have cooked veggies or salad offered with them. Download my free Menu Planner Sheet for your own use.

  • :0)…that is a LONG time not to see someone!! Hope it all goes well and the food goes far!
I make my menus once a month and then adjust if need be. I find it works well to just do dinner’s as my boys eat pretty much the same, exact food every day for breakfast and lunch with a few changes now and again!
Yesterday was my “I can eat bread” day as I am working on losing weight and carbs are def NOT my friend. I allow the one day because it gives me hop that bread is never more than 6 days away :0).
I made homemade challah bread which I will turn into French toast tomorrow. OH! It was beyond yummy and having just 2 slices was TORTURE!
When you list pizza, is it fresh made? Frozen? A special order out night?

  • Wow! That is a long time to go without seeing your child.
I’m always interested in some new recipes to add to my Recipe File Box. That’s why I love MPM!
Looks like there’s going to be lots of yummy meals eaten this week.
