Menu Planning Monday

Well, another tight pay period. There always seems to be something that comes up that tugs on the purse strings. I am SO thanking the Lord that He has provided for us so faithfully and that we have food in the pantry and freezer that I can draw on. I’m hoping to cut at least $25 off our grocery shopping this week to help with our financial challenge. No matter what, God is GOOD and we will do a bit more home cooking this pay period and a bit less splurging.

So thankful for our abundant blessings and our opportunities to pay all our bills!

  • Wow that is a lot of work to post each week. I am definitely going to try the english muffin pizza and egg salad sandwiches. I came over from Stonegable link up and I’m excited to see what else you have coming up! I am always in need of new recipes

You know, Carissa, once you get in the pattern, it really takes about 10 minutes each Sunday night to plan out a menu for the week. And it makes THE REST OF MY WEEK (and my budget) less stressful! Thanks for stopping by!
