SCHOOL STARTS THIS WEEK!!
I am very excited for our school year to start. We’ve taken off more time this summer than I wanted and so now I’m very glad to be getting back into a good solid schedule and pattern. I have hopes and dreams and plans, and those include getting back into a regular exercise pattern for me. I’ve really dropped the ball in exercising since May, and I’m feeling the effects. Also, I’ve sloughed off on eating cleanly and I need to return to my healthy eating lifestyle.
So, here is my menu for the week and I’ll be posting another post for our school schedule for this semester. As always, our breakfasts offer fruit (fresh is available at a good price), lunches offer raw veggie tray and suppers offer cooked vegetables or salad. My Menu Planner Sheet is free for download.

ha, I don’t have problems with regular exercise, but I always fail at menu planning!
I like your plan, but I have to come up with a vegan variation.
Ahh, the beauty of the menu and how it works for any type of meals!! I ate vegan for a year a number of years ago while doing a serious whole body detox. But yes, the meals were completely different from what we eat, as a rule. Blessings and thanks for coming by!
