Well, this is a quiet week over here with only 4 children at home, one of whom works in his room 8 hours a day and another works at detasseling all morning. It also means a switch in types of meals planned to accommodate the different taste buds (and so I don’t have tons left over). Reminder: every breakfast has a fruit, every lunch has a raw vegetable tray and every supper has at least one cooked vegetable.

Menu Planning Monday, On the Menu Monday

I’m popping in for a visit from Organizing Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday today!
You have a delicious menu planned. I love leftover meatloaf! I usually make meatloaf sandwiches. Yummy!
I hope you continue to enjoy the summer in your neck of the woods.
Can you believe we were already at 101 degrees at 10am, in Las Vegas?!
Rona, my dad used to eat open faced meatloaf sandwiches with gravy over them. I just love leftover meatloaf when it is very crispy along the edges.
101 at 10 in the morning!?! Ugh…I won’t complain when it is 85 at that time over here ANY MORE!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Kate, I nominated you for The Sunshine Award! See more about it on my post…http://journeying-sue.blogspot.com/2012/07/sunshine-award.html

Sue, aren’t you sweet!! Thank you so much. I’ll have to work on passing that along!
