Christmas gift #1

My dear Bethany comes home this afternoon and I’m so very excited. She’ll be with us for 10 days. I’m so excited to see what God has been doing in her life and to share in the blessings He’s been working in her.

Lord, I lift up the team today and pray for their unity as a team. Lord draw their hearts to one another, keep division far from them. Give them hearts to look at one another with grace in the difficult times and love at all times. Help them to support and encourage one another in their faith and challenge them to continue in sacrificial love toward those they minister to. Bring a special bonding to their spirits and souls during this time in Honduras. In Jesus’ precious name.

Well, thanks…we had a great time. It was so hard to see her go this time – worse than before. But it was a delight to have her home.

  • Congrats on your first Christmas gift. It is wonderful to see family you have been apart from. Have a wonderful time with your daughter!

  • Yay, for you!!!! I’m so happy for you, Sweetie!

  • Oh what a sweet blessing. Part of my family lives so far away, it’s always a joy when we can be together again. May God bless you in an extra special and precious way this year.

  • Good afternoon, Kate! I am so thankful your dear Bethany is home now! It is ever more apparent to me that there will be more and more days as our young people will be having families of their own one day soon. Thank you for hosting.
I am embarrassed that I need to ask you to remove my first post on the Orange Pomanders. That post has ads in it, and I forgot about that, so it isn’t write what I think you are looking for here. I apologize. Please delete it, dearie! Are recipes considered as Titus 2? I am not really sure, so feel free to remove them both if not. Have a blessed and Merry CHRISTmas! Love in the Lord, Jacqueline

Jacqueline, I love the Orange Pomander post. I don’t mind that it has ads in it. If it is OK with, I’d like to leave it. And yes, absolutely, recipes are Titus 2! Sharing recipes and teaching crafts and homemaking skills are what training young women is about!!

Thanks so much for coming by and sharing your posts. I love your blog so much and am always excited to read whatever you write!! May your Christmas celebration be joy filled and Christ centered!! ((hugs)) Kate
